This Privacy Policy explains how Phoenix Sales LLC ("Phoenix", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects personal information on this website. For any privacy matter, contact info@phoenixhq.io.
Application data is accessible to Phoenix leadership and recruiting staff, and to service providers that host our website, email, and applicant-management tools under confidentiality obligations. If you apply for a role connected to a specific product partner, relevant details may be shared with that partner for the purpose of the engagement. We may disclose data where required by law.
Phoenix is based in the United States. If you apply from outside the US (including the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland), your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with our processors.
Application data is kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction, so we can consider you for future openings — unless you ask us to delete it sooner, or a longer period is required by law. Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the EU) or your state attorney general (in the US). California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. To exercise any right, email info@phoenixhq.io with the subject "Privacy request" — we respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (30 days for GDPR requests, 45 days for CCPA requests, extendable where permitted).
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data. No internet transmission is 100% secure; submit only the information requested.

Sales roles at Phoenix are performance-based. References on this site to "high commission", earnings, bonuses, ranks, promotions, or income potential describe how our compensation structure works — they are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of any particular income. Individual results depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, the offers you work on, and factors outside anyone's control. Many people earn little or nothing in commission-based sales; some earn a lot. You should not apply on the assumption of any specific result.
The leaderboard shown on this site is illustrative. Names, points, and ranks displayed in the "This week's board" component are fictional examples used to demonstrate how the scoring system works. They do not depict real individuals or real earnings.
Exact compensation terms — including commission rates, bonus eligibility, and any base compensation — are disclosed in writing during the interview process and governed solely by your individual written agreement with Phoenix Sales LLC.
